About Ray
Ray is one of the country’s most experienced experts in Alternative Dispute Resolution, having personally conducted over 200 workplace investigations and over 100 mediations across a wide range of public, private and not-for-profit organisations. Ray has a long established track record of dealing with complex issues and reaching balanced, objective decisions following thorough analysis of the matters before him.
Ray is one of the most respected voices in conflict resolution and is a regular speaker at Irish and international conferences on the subject. In addition to his work in Conflict Resolution, Ray is an experienced trainer and Human Resource Development consultant with particular emphasis on management leadership and development.

Ray is a practitioner member of the Mediators' Institute of Ireland; the most senior level of membership. He is an accredited Advanced Workplace Mediator with the International Centre for Collaborative Solutions at Sullivan University, Kentucky. Ray is an accredited Mediator Trainer with ICCS; a trained Conflict Coach; and holds a Certificate in Advanced Negotiations from CEDR.
