Ray is a practitioner member of the Mediators' Institute of Ireland; the most senior level of membership. He is an accredited Advanced Workplace Mediator with the International Centre for Collaborative Solutions at Sullivan University, Kentucky. Ray is an accredited Mediator Trainer with ICCS; a trained Conflict Coach; and holds a Certificate in Advanced Negotiations from CEDR.

Ray has conducted over 100 mediations, resolving disputes between individuals at all levels from front line staff to senior management, and across the full spectrum of organisations that make up Irish working life. Ray's approach, based on empathy and pragmatism in equal measure, has achieved an impressive success rate in reaching workable resolutions.
